Comprehensive Neurodivergent Assessments
Understand yourself through a neurodivergent-affirming lens.
Psychological assessments for adults (18+) seeking answers about autism, ADHD, OCD, trauma, anxiety, mood differences, personality patterns, and other neurodivergent or mental health concerns.
Please note: These assessments are designed for adults without a suspected intellectual disability. Intellectual, academic achievement, and neuropsychological testing are outside the scope of this telehealth practice.
Comprehensive Assessment Package - $900
The assessment includes:
Self-guided intake completed before we meet
Review of your responses before your first appointment
Two 90-minute telehealth appointments, including diagnostic feedback
Written summary of findings and diagnoses (if applicable)
Personalized recommendations, including suggested work and school accommodations
The standard assessment focuses on helping you understand yourself and what to do next rather than producing an unnecessarily long psychological report.

Pay in full when you book, or split the cost into three equal payments:
$300 at booking
$300 before the first appointment
$300 before the second appointment

My Approach
My assessment process is collaborative, affirming, educational, and intentionally designed for neurodivergent adults.
Rather than spending our appointments rushing through long checklists, much of the interview is completed before we meet. This gives you time to reflect on your experiences at your own pace, allows you to involve a trusted support person if you'd like, and gives me time to review everything before our first appointment.
That means our time together can focus on meaningful conversation, deeper understanding, and practical recommendations instead of paperwork.
While this is not psychotherapy, it is intentionally designed to be a therapeutic experience.
Individual Consultation
Already been assessed but need help figuring out what comes next?
Consultation offers a space to ask questions, better understand your diagnosis, explore accommodations, identify helpful resources, and develop a clearer path forward.
Think of it as collaborative guidance on an as-needed basis.
Common reasons people schedule consultation include:
Understanding a previous diagnosis
Executive functioning support
Burnout, masking, and sensory needs
Accommodations and self-advocacy
Resources
Creating a more authentic life
Consultation is educational, supportive, and collaborative. It is not psychotherapy.
